Here at Busy Bee Auto Repairs we are proud members of the community. We support groups like Canteen, PCYC, Drugarm, and many many more. It is vital that we support the community that has given us so much in return.
One of our proudest moments though was in the 2010/2011 floods. After going down to Goodna to help with the clean up and seeing all of the destruction it struck us to our core. We wanted to do something more than just cleaning up. So at first it started out as a BBQ to help raise money for the Lockyer Valley flood victims. This soon developed into a full blown event! With the help of Logan City Council & many volunteers we started the fundraiser “Logan Unites 4 Lockyer”. With over 15 acts, prizes, rides, food and drink & even fireworks all donated by local business’s the event went off with a raging success. In the end we were able to raise $100 000 for the flood victims of Lockyer Valley.
